$ what we collect
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (through Firebase) to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics records the pages you open, how you arrived (for example from a search engine or a link), your approximate location (country and city), your device, browser and screen size, and how long you stay. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not use advertising features.
$ cookies
Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to 2 years. They are set only after you click Accept. If you click Decline, or make no choice, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under cl-consent, so we do not ask again on every page.
$ change your choice
You can change your choice at any time.
$ who receives the data
Google LLC processes analytics data for us as a service provider, and may process it outside the UK. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. Google Analytics keeps visitor-level data for 2 months, then deletes it; only aggregated totals (such as visits per page) are kept after that.
$ hosting
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web server, it processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the service.
$ your rights & contact
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access or delete data about you, or object to its use. Email admin@coroutinelab.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
