These terms of use are an agreement between you and PhomoTech / CoroutineLab ("we", "us") regarding your use of Clackulator (package com.clackulator). Please read these terms alongside our privacy policy.
Agreeing to these terms
By installing or using Clackulator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required for digital consent in your jurisdiction.
What Clackulator is
Clackulator is a tactile calculator designed like an old cash register crossed with a mechanical slot machine. It provides standard arithmetic functions with tactile keypress feel, an equals lever, spinning reels, and printed virtual receipts. While designed for accuracy, Clackulator is provided as an everyday calculator tool and is not intended for mission-critical, financial accounting auditing, or life-critical applications.
Premium subscriptions & In-app purchases
Certain features, machine skins, soundpacks, or extended receipt histories may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase ("Premium"). Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Pricing is displayed prior to purchase, and refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, modify, or attempt to bypass subscription paywalls or security controls within Clackulator.
Intellectual property
The Clackulator application, visual designs, reel animations, sound assets, brand names, and logos are the property of PhomoTech and CoroutineLab. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your personal Android devices in accordance with these terms.
Third-party services
Clackulator relies on third-party services including Google Play Billing, Superwall, and PostHog. Your use of Google Play is subject to Google's terms of service.
No warranty & Limitation of liability
Clackulator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhomoTech and CoroutineLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
