These terms are an agreement between you and PhomoTech / CoroutineLab ("we", "us"), a UK-based developer, about your use of the NurtureLog apps for iPhone and Android. Please read them together with our privacy policy.

Agreeing to these terms

By installing or using NurtureLog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. NurtureLog is for adults: parents and carers looking after a baby. You must be an adult to use it.

What NurtureLog is

NurtureLog is a baby tracker. It helps you log feeds, nappies, sleep and health, keep track of appointments and vaccinations, and read month-by-month guidance about your baby’s development.

Not medical advice

NurtureLog is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Health alerts, reminders and guidance in the app are general information only. They do not replace a doctor, midwife, health visitor or other professional, and they may not fit your baby’s situation. If you are worried about your baby’s health, contact a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.

Accounts and household sharing

You can use NurtureLog without an account; your logs then stay on your phone. If you want to share a household log with carers you invite, you can create an optional account with your email address and a password, with Google, or with Apple on iPhone. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for who you invite to your household. Anyone you invite can see and add to the household’s log.

NurtureLog Plus

NurtureLog Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. It adds carer sharing, charts, weekly insights, the month-by-month guide and a PDF report. There is no free trial.

Acceptable use

Please don’t reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app, try to get around the subscription or security controls, or use the app to access another household’s data without permission.

Your data

The logs you enter belong to you. How we handle them is set out in our privacy policy. You can download or delete your data in Settings → Privacy and data, and you can delete your account at any time.

Intellectual property

The NurtureLog app, its design, text, guidance content, name and logo belong to PhomoTech and CoroutineLab. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices under these terms.

Third-party services

NurtureLog uses services from other companies, such as Apple, Google (including Firebase and Google Play), Superwall and PostHog. Your use of the App Store or Google Play is also covered by Apple’s or Google’s terms.

No warranty and limits on liability

We work to keep NurtureLog accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on the app’s logs, alerts or guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above. You can stop using NurtureLog at any time by deleting your account and the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
